2023 REX FOUNDATION GRANTEE
Inside Circle empowers system-impacted people to lead change from within by providing opportunities for incarcerated and formerly incarcerated people to heal and serve both themselves and others. Inside Circle exists to reduce recidivism and all forms of violence – physical, emotional, and psychological – in our prisons and communities. Inside Circle currently runs support groups within adult and youth detention centers and supports transition age youth (18-24) to successfully reenter society following incarceration. They also conduct community interventions in partnership with local municipalities to reduce violence and prevent incarceration.
