2025 REX FOUNDATION GRANT RECIPIENT
The mission of Asheville Independent Arts and Music is to provide a platform that expands the reach of Asheville-based musicians and artists, as well as those who visit and perform in the city. It is dedicated to supporting the local creative community while promoting Asheville’s unique cultural renaissance to a global audience.
Through live streaming concerts from partner venues, original programming, and the archiving of festivals and events, it provides a free platform for both artists and viewers. This makes Asheville the first city in the world to aggregate its music scene into a single, easy-to-navigate hub.
